Welcome to GreenFit Solutions, sister brand to Green World Innovations. Providing high quality installation, property management and maintenance servicing for almost 10 years.

The team are based at Green World Innovations Head Office in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, but offer a nationwide service provided by a team of qualified and specialist engineers.

GreenFit Solutions are already working with household names including Homebase, B&Q and Brita and we have contracts with several local authorities, landlords and property managers, as well as Plentific with whom we provide a number of domestic services.

GreenFit Solutions provide a sustainable, and ethical way of installing their products including a green, waste control policy.

All of our installation engineers are highly qualified, personable and professional. The engineers work in all kinds of environments from private homes and blocks of flats, to large companies, educational establishments, local authorities and secure environments like the Ministry of Defence. We’re working with some of the largest, most recognisable brands in the world, so you’re in good company.

We are SafeContractor approved and our teams have gone through CCUK training. We regularly survey our clients and our clients’ clients to ensure that we match up to our own very exacting standards of customer service.

No call out fees

Our team of professional, reliable engineers operate nationwide and carry out work 6am-6pm, Monday to Saturday. They are contactable 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We don’t charge call out fees, and our service level agreement promises that we will have an engineer on site within 48 hours of you making initial contact with our centrally managed support team.

We place great emphasis on our green credentials from planning the most efficient routes, recycling waste materials and taking into consideration the environment and planet in everything we do.

Customer satisfaction

Our customer satisfaction levels are based on a number of key elements:

  • Installations, maintenance and service will be scheduled and completed, based on our Service Level Agreement
  • A pre and post installation call is made from our call centre
  • We conduct random audits within 24 hours of installation
  • All work is signed off on site
  • Reports are produced to monitor and manage workflows
  • All work is managed via Green World Innovations purpose built IT system
