Once you have purchased a product from BAWater, the relationship doesn’t stop there. We are on hand to ensure that your products continue to operate at their very best for as long as possible.

Through the GreenFit Solutions team of 15 expert, qualified engineers, who operate nationwide, we can meet all of your training, servicing and maintenance needs.

No call out fees

Our teams operate between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday to Saturday, and are contactable 24/7 in the event of an emergency.

There are no call out fees and our service level agreement is that we will have an engineer with you on site within 48 hours of you making contact.
